Our Pimento Cheeses are marketed under the name of Uncle Chris' Premium Pimento Cheeses.
Authentic Moravian Sugar Cakes by Twin City Provisions, the parent company of KevMark Catering Services, are made following an original Moravian recipe and are absolutely delicious. These sugar cakes are approximately 40% larger than other available sugar cakes in the market and are over twice as heavy. Moravian sugar cake is a centuries-old culinary specialty of the Winston-Salem, North Carolina, region. Folklore holds that the original Moravian male settlers to the area sought women with big fingers because that meant that more buttery sweetness would make it into the nooks and crannies of the cake. This fluffy bread-like dessert is popular year-round but an essential item on the family table during the holidays. Made from yeast-raised dough, we bake this traditional treat with cinnamon, butter, pure cane sugar, and rich molasses. Moravian Sugar Cake freezes well, so order several and thaw when ready to serve or give as a gift!
