Rather than having you choose from a limited menu, Kevin will create a custom menu with your input so that each event is precisely what you want and need. We can serve your guests meals ranging from Supremo Lasagna to Chicken Stir Fry and everything in between. We have grills, smokers, and pig cookers of all sizes and shapes. We even have the original grill grate from the original Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon. We can offer your guests hand-cut, 85-Day Aged Rib Eye Steaks over Real Wood Charcoal grilled to order on that original grate. If you can imagine it, we can create and execute the event.
